Efectivament era el mòdul Antibot. Si el desactivo als paràmetres del formulari, els enviaments es poden fer.

Ja he trobat el desllorigador. Resulta que al formulari de contacte dels serveis, per exemple:
https://dev.girala.net/ast/serviciu/calbasinet
hi ha dos formularis actius, i el primer marcava el Antibot desactivat i el segon activat. Activant el primer (views_exposed_form) ja s'ha resolt el problema.

Doncs no està resolt. A la web de DEV funciona bé, però a la de Producció com a usuari anònim, no.
He deshabilitat l'Antibot del formulari de contacte i de moment confiarem només en Honeypot a veure que passa. Sembla que hi ha molts problemes amb Antibot:
